Employee Testimonials


	I was just an engineering graduate with not much knowledge of marketing, when I joined Financial Technologies in the Marketing Communications Department. In an year-and-a-half, I have got a chance to work on all types of projects undertaken by our department. I do not know of many organizations which will offer such a plethora of opportunities to a fresher. I believe, this exposure has been a great advantage for me and will surely stand me in good stead for a great career ahead.

	When I moved to Financial Technologies in 2008 as Senior Trainer, it was with a tremendous sense of excitement and anticipation. It was a far cry from my previous responsibility as a professor in an engineering college. The experience that my job with Financial Technologies has given me is absolutely invaluable. Financial Technologies offered a wonderful opportunity to broaden my domain expertise. It was a double bonus, first to be a part of a financial giant and of course I was being paid for doing what I like. One incident which has left an indelible mark is my interaction with the Mr Julian Pearson Director (Global Markets) and Mr. Ross (Director- FNO sales India) at Deutche Bank (one of our esteemed customers) .My training was appreciated and the product was found valuable and forwarded for acceptance. There are so many such overwhelming experiences with many of our esteemed clients. There's an amazing amount of talent and expertise here. I have learnt a lot and developed skill sets which I have always wanted to. Immediate appreciation is rarely found in today’s business world. But in Financial Technologies things are different. Regular appreciation from my boss and colleagues has done wonders for me and my team members. What I like here is that Financial Technologies is a dynamic corporate but very Indian at heart. The strong emphases on quality coupled with performance based incentives are very attractive. The managers are empowered allowing them to be self motivated and make quick decisions which are very essential if you have to be a winner in such a dynamic environment. We work together and build on each other's strengths. The HR policies like quarterly Organization Growth commitments ratings are very transparent with well defined KRA and KPI. Personally it has been a very enriching experience for me. The opportunity to be part of an organization that is growing and has strong ongoing growth ambitions is extremely attractive especially when compared to the current recession. It is rewarding to see Financial Technologies’s growth and know that I am a part of it. I am interested and excited to see where the company can go from here……

	Working with Financial Technologies is quite an enriching experience. I have learnt a lot about exchange domain, which I was always interested in.
